Return Policy

Our return policy extends for a duration of 30 days from the date of receiving your item, allowing you ample time to request a return. For a return to be eligible, the item must remain in the same condition as when it was delivered, free from wear or use, complete with any attached tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon acceptance of your return request, we will furnish you with a return shipping label and furnish you with clear instructions on the procedure and destination for sending your package. Be advised that we will not accept items sent back to us without prior return request. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you discover any defects or have received an incorrect item, contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.

Exchanges

Should you wish to expedite the process of obtaining the desired item, you can return the one you currently possess. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Once the return is approved, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return. You will be promptly informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically through your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund may vary.
